- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am writing a review to say that I have always found the Receptionists helpful. respectful and cheerful . I am a novice carer now to my Mother in law and the Receptionists are really kind with advice , they listen and always point me in the right direction regarding prescriptions etc. This is not my own doctors so have needed a bit of help regarding their systems of appointments, who the Doctors, Nurses are etc. I have just been to get a repeat prescription and Jill was so kind. So people, if your respectful and tolerant of the difficult job they are trying to do , you may find that a smile and general courtesy works much better than a magic wand .by Mary RyanOctober 09, 2017
